OLIVER joins the Change The Brief Alliance to accelerate its Ad Net Zero commitment and drive industry-wide change

OLIVER has accelerated its sustainability commitments by joining #ChangeTheBrief Alliance – a not-for-profit partnership convened by Purpose Disruptors, which aims to spearhead sustainable best practice across the creative marketing and advertising industries.

This Earth Week, OLIVER – the only company that exclusively designs, builds and runs in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands – will join 5000 advertising executives from across the Alliance agencies in learning how to create work that shifts society to ‘live thriving lives in line with a 1.5 degree world’.

OLIVER’s participation is part of its commitment to reducing CO2e emissions in its operations, production, and the work it creates with clients.

Senior leaders at OLIVER are coming together during Earth Week to continue learning and act directly to address the challenge of the climate crisis by considering sustainability via every channel available.

Chris Woodward, Group Managing Director of OLIVER UK, said: “We want to ensure sustainability is at the heart of our business as we pursue net-zero targets. ‘Change The Brief’ is an excellent opportunity for the industry to come together and address the climate emergency and shows a joint commitment to finding better, more sustainable, solutions for brands, people and planet.

“Individually, businesses will find it more difficult to create lasting change. Collectively, we will be a formidable force when equipped with the right expertise.”

OLIVER joined 100 agencies in the Ad Net Zero partnership in 2021, in a bid to tackle the climate crisis caused by human activities resulting in CO2e emissions. Read more about OLIVER’s Ad Net Zero pledge here, #ChangeTheBrief here and AdGreen here.
